Customer policies
Bible Instant Recall is sold as a digital PDF and as a printed book. This policy covers both.
Because the PDF is delivered electronically and can be copied once received, all sales are final after the file has been delivered or the download link has been sent.
If you were charged in error, did not receive your download email, or the file is defective or unreadable, contact us within 7 days of purchase at the email on our Contact page. Include your name, the date of purchase, and the email used at checkout. We will resend the file or, if we cannot deliver a working copy, issue a full refund to the original payment method.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, a duplicate purchase made in error by the buyer, or dissatisfaction with the content after a successful download, except where required by law.
The printed book is $38, which includes shipping inside the United States. J. Wayne Veal prints it and mails it to the address you give at checkout. We do not refund a printed book because you changed your mind or did not like the book.
If you were charged in error, the book never arrives, or it arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not the book you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery, or within 21 days of our shipping email if it never arrives. Include your name, the date of purchase, the email used at checkout, and a photo if the book arrived damaged or incorrect. We will send a replacement. If we cannot replace it, we will refund the $38 to the original payment method.
We do not ask you to mail a book back, and there is no return shipping for a change of mind.
