For order help, a missing download, a printed book that has not arrived, or a billing question, email us with your name, purchase date, and the email used at checkout. For a printed-book question, include the mailing address from checkout. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

Credit card charges for this site are processed by Authorize.net. For a refund request, see the Refund Policy. A printed book is not refunded simply because the buyer did not like it.
